I contacted Tonya when my house was going to be sold not knowing what kind of time I had before it was sold, but I knew that I wanted to work with someone I trusted. I have known Tonya for well over 20 years and know that she will have my best interest at heart. Fast forward a few weeks later and my house is now being sold and I have a month to look for a new home. Tonya worked diligently to find homes that were suited for me and my family’s wants and needs. Within the small window timeframe that I had, I was able to find a home and close by my move out date. Tonya was always available when I needed her and never cracked under pressure. She was my advocate and guide through it all. She always had a positive outlook and I will forever recommend her because of her superior customer service. I LOVE where live now and am forever grateful for her! Make sure you get you Tonya in your life! You won’t regret it!

Tonya is AMAZING! My phone calls never went unanswered and my text messages always received a response. Being a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Even when I would stress she reassured me that we would get to the closing table and she was right! I closed on my new construction home 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t have done it without her!!!
