I was very impressed with Tonya's "hands-on" approach to manage the listing and sale of my Mother's home. I have sold a number of commercial and residential properties in the past and have never experienced a realtor who took it upon themselves to ensure every aspect of the interior and exterior of the home was sale ready. Tonya placed her heart and soul into the sale of our house, she helped clean and prepare the house to its optimal appearance, including picking up a paint brush, and even mowing and trimming the lawn. Tonya monitored comparables, recommended quality staging, and then listed the house for sale. At each step of the way, Tonya communicated relevant information about what was completed, and what needed to be done to finalize the process. Tonya excelled at listening to what we wanted from the transaction, honoring those requests, but then leading us when her expertise was essential to creating a successful and satisfying experience.
