I don't even like dealing with realtors as a general rule, but Tonya is definitely the exception. When I was looking for a new home, Tonya took the time to listen to what I wanted and only showed me properties that I'd like. She was with me the entire process, and she felt like a friend through the whole process. She helped me find flaws I might not have on my own, making sure I picked my dream home. She's great about communicating with you and works around whatever crazy schedule you might have, always happy to help. I don't know how she does it, except she genuinely cares about the people she's helping and is great at what she does. In the end, I got the home I wanted and she fought to get me a great deal. If I ever buy or sell property, I'm making sure Tonya is the person helping me.
