I don’t have enough words to express how wonderful an agent Tori is! I close on my home this week and I owe it ALL to her. Her advice, knowledge, responsiveness and dedication are amazing and can’t possibly be beat. She has guided me through the entire home buying process every step of the way, she has been my best advocate and has had my best interests at heart with every step. Her knowledge in the real estate field and of this area are excellent and I was always confident in and was able to trust the information she gave me. Tori is a smart, dedicated and passionate professional and will be my agent in any future real estate endeavor I take in the future. I highly recommend her and I sincerely thank her for all the tireless work she has done to help me find and buy my home!!

Shantoria was an amazing realtor to work with. I was operating my daycare business from my basement, and she encouraged me to grow my business by purchasing a building. She was with me before the loan process, during, and even after. It was a tedious transaction, but her help and knowledge in the industry made the process a bit smoother.

After closing on the building, there were a few things that came up (from the sellers end,) and I needed her help to get the problem solved. She responded to me within minutes and helped me with the situation. I honestly thought that since the deal was done, she was done, but nope. She was still there with me!! I highly recommend Shantoria to anyone in need of a lifetime realtor. This woman is amazing!!!
