Tori Nunley is no stranger to the housing industry. She has accumulated
more than 10 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in Georgia, carving out a niche as a "first-time home buyer" and "renter-to home owner "specialist. Tori's current role is the National Recruiter for EXIT Realty Quality Solutions in Atlanta, Georgia.
Tori is also a dynamic real estate instructor for the Institute for
Community Pros in Atlanta, Georgia. She successfully marries her
combined experience in real estate, housing counseling and marketing
to the classroom by sharing a real world approach to building
businesses and taking product to market.
Having spent 6 years as a certified HUD-approved housing counselor,
Tori gained the ample knowledge and insight needed to create a robust
and thorough home purchase education program for pre-purchase
consumers. Her classes have been the bridge that has led countless
renters to successfully becoming homeowners. Prior to starting her career as a housing counselor, Tori spent 6 years as a marketing/social media consultant in direct sales working with small
business startups, private sectors, and non-profits.
Tori is an active member and leader within the Empire Board of
Realtists, the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate
Brokers (NAREB), where she has served as the Program Chair, Appointed Sales Associate, leader within the Women's Council of the Empire Board and currently, as the Chair of the Young Realtists Division
(YRD). This dynamic leader has been instrumental in keeping the
organization at the forefront of community engagement in an effort to
fulfill the national initiative of 2MN5 (2 million new Black home owners
in 5 years), by conducting numerous home buyer workshops for the
Empire Board in conjunction with their housing counseling affiliate, NID
(NAREB Investment Division).
Ms. Nunley is a leader in community redevelopment and outreach
projects and activities. She collaborates with community stakeholders to
develop innovative options to increase access to home ownership, entrepreneurship and business development.
Tori mentors and trains women transitioning to self-sufficiency including financial literacy, credit worthiness and home ownership.
