04/23/2015 - zuser20141021230305289 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Montgomery, AL. I first contacted Mrs. Smith in October '14 with hopes of finding and purchasing my first home. As those who have been through the process, it's an process that no one word could describe adequately, the same principle holds true in regards to Towannah. But if I had to give way to one key attribute she has that others do not, is PATIENCE. In the following month until I found and successfully purchased my home in February '15, we've must have browsed hundreds of listings, revisited homes 4-5 times and never once did I feel pressured to come to a decision already and she'd open the doors throughout the home as if it were our first time viewing it. Even when I was ready to stop the search temporarily and resume in a better market, as I was only looking at homes with in-ground pools, she kept searching tirelessly. There's not enough that could be said of what she has to offer and any attempt in doing so would be a huge disservice. In short, Towannahs' ability to balance all the forces which come with purchased a home are unrivaled. After a short amount of time, she was able to effectively only show me homes that fit the extremly detailed description (location, price, sqft, garage, pool etc) I don't think a custom algorithm could've done better. To this day she still continues to help with any questions, she isn't an Agent whom at Closing, once the checks are cut so does she. I can't imagine going through the process again ever without her. The old adage of no one will take care of you, like yourself. doesn't apply to Towannah. If you're need of an Agent who's an astute observer, patience is endless & acumen of the entire process, not just finding a house who's price ensures them a bigger check, then look no further. Mrs. Smith simply loves what she does and that made my experience serendipitious.
