Trace McGuire

Trace McGuire is originally from Stuart, Florida. He completed his undergraduate degree in Real Estate at Roosevelt University in Chicago. While at Roosevelt, Trace played on the golf team and competed in two National Championships. Through his success at Roosevelt University, Trace earned many real estate awards, including winning the 12th Annual Harold E. Eisenberg Real Estate Challenge for a $26 million redevelopment project. Trace also interned for a net lease/1031 exchange brokerage, which sparked his interest in net lease investment properties. At ONE Commercial, Trace aims to expand his knowledge in commercial real estate while providing the best service to his clients through favorable investment opportunities.
