About Tracee

My goal has always been to provide clients with an in-depth knowledge base and expertise in marketing, negotiating, and successful closing of real estate transactions. She has a thorough understanding of the local, regional, and national real estate markets as well as proven methodologies and sales systems that have helped me become a top real estate producer. Equally important is her network of satisfied customers and service provider resources.

My Team:
Kim Price is a Broker and we have worked together for many years. Kim is primarily a buyer's agent but she also lists properties for a part of our clientele. We are both moms and working business women with positive attitudes, helping all of our clients with a smile, and a desire to help others.

Melanie Stahl is my office administrator and closing coordinator. She monitors our timelines, manages our advertising schedules, coordinates our closings and keeps our paperwork in order.

Have both of these awesome ladies on board with me allows me to provide excellent customer service. One of the biggest complaints by consumers is that broker's don't email or call them back after an inquiry. Having a solid team in place as we do, we always respond to inquiries on our listings and to calls or emails from our clients. Our team is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced.

Tracee was referred to my wife and me by a friend who highly recommended her. We have had some pretty bad buying/selling experiences in the past and were a little nervous. Tracee and her assistant Kim Price far exceeded our expectations from day one. It was clear that Tracee was committed to selling our house and helping us find the house of our dreams. I joked with Tracee, as we put the for sale sign in our yard on a Friday, that I expected an offer by the end of the weekend. Well, she missed that by one day. We got an offer on Monday.
