Tracel Wilt is a dedicated REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s Thirty 4 North team in the Wilmington office. She brings 26 years of executive sales experience, 8 years in real estate and 18 in the molecular diagnostics/healthcare industry, where she honed her skills in solution-oriented results.

Tracel and her family moved to the Wilmington area almost 15 years ago. She appreciates the city’s proximity to a vibrant mix of attractions. There is always something to do from spending the morning at the beach or running the loop at Wrightsville Beach, to lunch at a new restaurant or brewery and then off to a show at the Wilson Center or concert at Live Oak Pavillion. It is the ideal place for her busy family.
