Tracey was my realtor for the purchase of my first home. Since this was my first home, I really appreciated her guidance. I did not know much about the home buying process but she was always available to answer my questions and provide help. She really was my advocate. She asked the sales agent questions that I didn't think to ask, and that was helpful for me.
Since my home was new construction, she traveled from Pasadena to Charles county MD many times during the 5-6 mth build. It was always a pleasure to see Tracey every time. She was easy to work with and had my best interest in mind.

Tracey is an amazing realtor and person! She was able to help my sister and I purchase our own homes, during a time-period in which the housing market was experiencing an home inventory shortage. She is such a caring and hardworking person! She was the only realtor that was willing to drive and hour and half for every site visit, walkthrough, and builder meetings. Not once, did she show any signs of frustration, irritation, or fatigue with looking for homes and during the 6-month construction process of our new homes. She was so helpful; she found me a 3rd party home inspector and researched other mortgage loans with different interest rates just to make sure that I was getting the best interest rate out there! Anytime I needed to contact the home builder to address a concern of mine, Tracey always took the initiative to resolve the issue, which made my life so easy. I never had difficulty getting in contact with her or waiting hours for her to contact me back, which is very hard to find with realtors, who also have many other clients to care for. When it came to my final home walk-through and orientation, Tracey was there, pointing out all issues and made sure the builder corrected them. She never asked me to compromise or dismiss my concerns. She really left an everlasting impression my parents, my sister, and, most importantly, me!
