From our perspective, Tracey always went above and beyond. She provided us with towels and rugs to help stage our home and bought flowers to position on our front porch. Tracey even leant us one of her stand up lamps to help light a room with no overhead lighting. When we were out of town, Tracey volunteered to go to our home to turn off the alarm system and turn on lights before a potential client visit. She would then return to our home to turn off those lights, ensure the doors were locked and the alarm system was activated. Our experience with Tracey was awesome! Our first meeting with her was to list our house she walked us through the best times of the year for our area to go on the market, showed us comps for our area and explained the best price to list our house at for the current market. She gave us suggestions how to make our house even more appealing to perspective buyers from paint colors to staging. At the end of the meeting she promised to have our house sold in 3 weeks and it was sold in a week and a half. I met Tracey at an open house she was holding for a property we were interested in looking at. From the get-go, I was super impressed by her friendly demeanor, insightful questions, and helpful attitude.
