Tracey Sandell

Tracey has lived throughout Florida from the Panhandle to South Florida for the past 20 years and has called Central Florida home since 2005. She began to practice Real Estate in Daytona Beach Shores with her family’s business which specialized in luxury condominium sales and rentals. Tracey worked full time in both sales and property management and has handled condominium and single-family home sales and rentals.
Originally from the Chicagoland Area, Tracey has enjoyed a successful 18 years in sales in multiple industries which include staffing, executive recruitment, academic recruitment, retail management, print media and of course real estate.
Tracey earned her Bachelors degree in Professional Administration from Barry University and a Master’s in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University as well as a Master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
Tracey is an active community leader. As a co-founder of the Deltona Business Association, she understands the needs of the West Volusia business owner and strives to serve as a voice on behalf of those owners with civic leaders. Tracey is also passionate about the growth and economic development within our community and demonstrates this by sitting on the Deltona Economic Development Advisory Board sub-committee for Education and Healthcare. As the Regional Ambassador Co-Chair for the West Volusia Young Professionals Group, she is able to embrace her other great passion of promoting the success of other young professionals by bringing visibility to the group and forming relationships with local organizations.
Tracey is an active member in the Deland Area Chamber of Commerce & Deland Area/Orange City Alliance, The West Volusia Chamber and The Volusia County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Additionally as a member of Both the Daytona Area Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, Tracey is able to provide the pinnacle of service.
When Tracey is not busy making real estate dreams come true she loves to stay active. She enjoys embracing all that Volusia county and the rest that Central Florida has to offer with her spouse and little boy now that her oldest is proudly serving our country in the United States Air Force.
