While every property needs a personalized marketing plan based on its pricing and condition, this guideline will show you things we do for ALL properties. Our marketing adjusts as needed, depending on the amount of feedback and action we receive.

I (Jennie) started real estate back in 2002, and have been doing Real Estate for 21 years, so I have seen the market change A LOT. Pricing is KEY in our current market, and it really dictates how long it will take you to sell your home or business. Our goal will always be to sell your property with YOUR needs in mind.

Tracey joined me full time in 2013 to help me provide excellent customer service, and she was BORN to do this! You can probably tell her, and I are family, and we have way too much fun doing this!

We are proud to call ourselves women of Integrity, and that is the most important thing we bring to the table. We serve God, NOT money, and we will never steer you in the wrong direction just so we can make a commission & we promise to always be honest, even if it does not help our bottom line. We would hope that if you asked my past customers about me, they would tell you that I am someone you can TRUST.

Our other promise is to be ACCESSIBLE. We pride ourselves on being reachable as we ourselves find it very stressful when you need answers or have questions and cannot reach the person you need to speak with.
