Working with Traci to sell our home was a fantastic experience. She is a knowledgeable agent and really went the extra mile for us in our unique selling situation. Buying and selling a home can be complicated and stressful. Traci made the process feel easy. She is organized and communicates all the steps along the way. Traci truly has her client's best interests at heart and works hard to accommodate all the unique circumstances and needs that come up. She really cares. Traci helped us buy our first house! From what I had heard, home buying is a very stressful process, but Traci managed to make this experience one of the best in our life! She made it very easy and convenient. She has been there for us from start to end guiding us through the path. She is an excellent person to work with and her professional sense is beyond par. We got extremely lucky when we met Traci as she referred us to all possible people we would need to work with such as lenders, inspectors etc. She helped us create a dream team to work with and everything went so smoothly and I cannot emphasise that. She is on top of everything, every detail checked. Everything was on time with the efficient team she created. Her working style is exactly what we needed!!

We absolutely loved working with Traci! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and didn’t really know what to expect out of the entire process. We had about a thousand questions and were totally clueless. Traci took her time with us and made sure we understood the home buying steps. She also was thorough in helping us find exactly what we needed for our growing family as well as what we could afford. She helped us find the resources we needed throughout. Her experience is quite evident in her work. Traci is responsive to emails/texts/calls and works hard for the buyer. She is very personable and we would recommend her to anyone needing help finding their new home!!

Traci has been the best realtor. She helped us prepare our home to sell so well that we had at least one hundred people look at our house. When offers came in, she helped us analyze them to select the best for our needs. For buying our new home she helped us negotiate to get the house we wanted. I highly recommend her.

Working with Traci was an amazing experience. She definitely cared about the needs of my wife and I from the very beginning. On the introductory call she drilled down to a pretty well defined list of criteria that we were looking for in a house. Before we went to look at houses she gave us a rundown of what to expect in the process and gave us a very helpful reference book that detailed the steps.

When viewing the houses she was incredibly observant and helpful in pointing out things that I would never have thought to look for. She is a fantastic communicator and did a fantastic job of letting us know what was required of us at every step of the way. There was never a step in the process where I felt lost or ill informed.

Traci also has a network of real estate professionals such as inspectors and lenders that she recommended, who were all fantastic to work with. She did a great job in helping us curate a fantastic team to work with on purchasing our first home. I can’t recommend Traci enough!

Traci was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had rented the property for a year and were needing to sell quickly. Traci made great suggestions for minimal cost improvements to do to the house to help it sell quickly. Even when some issues arose with the crawl space she handled it quickly and  professionally.
