Traci Cline

Traci Cline began her real estate career in 2002. Originally serving as a sales and marketing manager for a new home builder, she quickly became involved in all aspects of the business—from the design and architecture of new homes to the marketing and management of the sales department. Over the course of a decade, she successfully closed over 400 homes in the new home sector. Building on that experience, she advanced her career by becoming a real estate broker and launching her own brokerage.

While she initially believed her passion for real estate was her primary motivation, Traci soon discovered that her true inspiration came from her love for people. Helping clients buy or sell a home became a way to support them through significant life transitions. She takes great pride in using her energy and expertise to help clients find their dream homes and succeed in their real estate investments. With more than 13 years of experience in construction and real estate sales, she was ready for a new adventure.

Today, Traci proudly represents Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties as a Broker Associate, handling transactions ranging from new home sales to resale purchases and sales.
