Traci de Wid

Traci is the Broker & Chief Wealth-Builder of Residential Wealth Partners. She began the brokerage in 2023 focused on creating wealth for her clients through "value-add" properties and leveraging creative financial strategies. Traci serves the Greater Orlando area and has become a trusted real estate advisor to investors and clients alike. She is known for her creativity and ability to leverage a wide array of resources to help clients grow their profits both on the purchase, as well as on the sale of their property. For those who already have homes, she has a special program for handling her client's repairs or renovations prior to the sale - either paying for repairs at closing, or partnering with Residential Wealth Partners on the renovation. In addition to having an extensive real estate sales track record, Traci has more than 10 years experience renovating properties, 5+ years in property management, and a super network of resources (from contractors to various types of lenders to international partners to agents across the globe) from which her clients benefit. She takes her profession seriously and is constantly learning about industry and local economic trends so she can ensure her clients have the most current knowledge and strategies for buying and selling. Many of Traci's clients are information-hungry and "thinker"-types who like data and want a solid foundation before they make financial moves.

Traci holds designations from the National Association of Realtors for having completed the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), ePro, and the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certifications; she also maintains a Gold Key, the highest customer service certification, from the Florida Realtors Association. She has a Master's degree in International Economic Development and early in her career, lived and worked overseas for more 15 years to include a year on a war zone assignment.
