Traci Nelson is passionate about Real Estate and considers herself lucky to serve Georgia's Lake Country and the small antebellum towns that surround it. DEEPLY rooted in the Lake area, Traci grew up on Lake Sinclair and can offer extensive knowledge? in a wide market.

After earning a Bachelor's in Psychology from Armstrong Atlantic State University., Traci started her career path in the Banking industry where she learned the importance of professionalism and developed the skill to work with all types of personalities. She then expanded on that experience in the field of real estate where, in 2015, she was awarded "Rookie of The Year '' by her colleagues of The Lake Country Board of Realtors. ?Since then, she has ?gained over ten years of experience and has had over 150 million in career sales.? She considers her biggest asset to be her strong network of colleagues & other Realtors, and enjoys collaborating with them on various committees including serving as Secretary ?of the Lake Country Board of Realtors.

"I enjoy hearing people's stories and feel it's an honor when clients CHOOSE me to represent them in what is often a purchase they've been dreaming about for a long time," Traci explains.  She LOVES servicing Lake Country and her own backyard, the quaint town of Madison, where she lives with her husband Chris and their two children, Charlotte & Copeland. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and supporting her daugher Charlotte in her equestrian activities.
