Traci brings over 20 years of focused experience in investment Real Estate including: acquisitions, dispositions, landlord/tenant leasing representation, development, asset management and consulting. She has built her portfolio at Spectrum Properties to over 150 million in total assets in the last few years by providing the highest level of service to her clients. Her knowledge and expertise is regarded as the primary source for up to date information by her clients and local government agencies. Her depth of knowledge on transactions and market trends has proven to be a critical resource for her clients and the primary source of information for area benchmarking. She supports local business and is active as a volunteer for multiple community groups and charities.
