We worked with Traci to secure a lot that had a pending offer w/a contingency. Tracy's expertise allowed us to purchase the lot by establishing an aggressive decisioning timeline on the pending offer. As the purchase was a sensitive transaction, Traci's communications and transaction plan were key in allowing us to purchase a property which we still own today. The listing agent for my home in Seneca suggested Traci. After several conversations and e-mails a list of possible homes were selected to see. There were several changes I wanted in the new home selected. Traci negotiated forcefully with the builder representative result in the changes requested at the price I wanted to pay.
