Traci is a South Miami-Dade native with much of her family still residing locally. She holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and completed her undergraduate program at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Traci taught at South Date Senior High School for several years prior to pursuing a career in sales and marketing. Traci assisted in the planning and opening of the first southern most Miami-Dade County charter school operated by Charter Schools USA. She served on the Keys Gate Charter School's board of directors for 8 years and held such titles as Secretary and Vice President. She is currently the Recording Secretary of the Woman's Club of Homestead and a member of Soroptimist International of Homestead. She is married with four children, twins Cameron and Coral, Amber, and Chloe. She enjoys working out at the gym, spending time on the water with her family, and volunteering in her community.
