Tracie Colamartino

Tracie has been a Roseville resident since 1979, graduating from Oakmont High School and Sierra College. With a 20-year background in the City of Rocklin, particularly in the Building and Planning Department, she holds extensive knowledge of permits, building codes, land use, and local government roles.

Her real estate journey began in 1986 after purchasing her first home, sparking her interest in becoming a knowledgeable Realtor. Tracie has since been involved in buying and selling personal homes and investment properties. Using a hands-on approach, she assists clients in navigating the process of rehoming belongings and provides access to service providers for home preparation.

Utilizing a team approach with like-minded agents, Tracie ensures a smoother, more convenient, and pleasant buying or selling experience for clients.
