Tracie Eckel Ward

A specialist in the retail real estate industry since 1992, Tracie started her career with Pepsi and its Taco Bell Restaurant Division as an Associate Real Estate Manager in Pittsburgh, PA eventually joining Boston Market and Einstein Bagels in their Pittsburgh office. As Director of Real Estate she was responsible for strategic market planning and site development of Einstein Bagels and Boston Market in Western PA and Eastern Ohio.

After her corporate career Tracie owned her own Real Estate Development Consulting business doing specialty national tenant representation, leasing, sales and market development consulting and strategic planning. She has provided services to many publicly traded companies, national retailers, franchisees, franchisors and developers.

Tracie joined Bovard Anderson Company in 2012 to assist in the growth of its Commercial and Retail Real Estate Division. Within four years of joining Bovard she became the Top Commercial Broker in Beaver County as chosen by the Beaver County Association of Realtors.

Her background in business and law have proven to be of great value to her commercial clients. She has been instrumental in growing the leasing side and commercial sales side of the business well as providing development consulting services. Whether it be commercial office, retail or industrial warehousing, as well as commercial investment properties she has a strong understanding of her clients’ specialized needs and goals.

Prior to moving to the U.S. Tracie practiced corporate/commercial law with one of Canada’s largest law firms, McCarthy, Tetrault in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and spent time in Munich Germany in the North American legal division of the Munich Reinsurance Company. Tracie has a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Planning from the University of Windsor, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at the University of Western Ontario.
