Tracie was the "real deal" as the realtor for the sale of our home. As soon as Tracie visited us on our property she explored what we loved about our home. She "caught" the key items that made our home and site a paradise and knew that we needed to market it in such a way! We wanted to have the people who bought our place to value the land; to love the nature it offered and due to her work, that happened! She also has a wealth of realty experience from which she draws from. We had a larger acreage and she knew the "in's and out's" of the details to make the sale go smoothly. Tracie Fogelson assisted us in buying our home (2014) and later selling it 7 years later (2021). Tracie was extremely prepared prior to every meeting. For example, at our first selling meeting, she already had comparables and gave us helpful instructions on staging our home. Fortunately, due to Tracie’s connections, she sold our home to a fellow realtor’s clients before it was even listed! Tracie was very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. She also has a lot of local contractor connections which was helpful after the inspection. Overall, Tracie was one of the most professional, responsive, and well-prepared realtors I have worked with. Had we not moved down south, I would use her for all of our future realty needs! Thank you Tracie for all you did!!

Tracie is very good at her job. She sold my mom’s place. She Told us what we had to do to sell and set a price and it was sold in 2 days. We got what we asked for also. Recently we decided to build, but did not know where to start. We called her up and we visited with a couple builders. She new exactly what we wanted and new our needs.
