Tracie Gaia

Tracie Gaia is a native Memphian who has been selling real estate since 1999. She attended Memphis College of Art and has an extensive education in color, interior design, and floor planning.
Tracie's first involvement in real estate was as a co-owner in a Midtown Memphis real estate firm. She decided to become more involved with buyers and sellers and less on office management, so she moved on strictly to residential sales.

From 2001-2014, her focus was working with developers in helping to incorporate residential living in the Downtown Memphis area. Tracie has worked with a number of prominent builders during the construction stage to assist them in utilizing space, selecting interior finishes, and providing the needed amenities that a homeowner expects. With the constant growth in Downtown, Tracie continues to work to bring new residents into the area.

Tracie assists sellers in preparing their home for the current market and provides them with a good and thorough understanding of the process involved. When working with sellers, she assesses the home's interior design and offers staging suggestions to allow the property to appeal to a larger range of potential buyers.

Tracie works with buyers to negotiate a fair and equitable price and examines in detail the property to be purchased. She lends her eye for interior design, knowledge of the current trends, and provides all the necessary data to give the buyer the confidence and information they need in order to properly present an offer. Tracie is totally committed to each transaction from beginning to end.
