Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and a sixth generation native Texan, Tracie is passionate about selling real estate and improving people’s lives. With over twenty years’ experience in the industry, Tracie’s knowledge and expertise are comprised of hundreds of successful transactions including waterfront of all types, luxury homes, custom and speculative home construction, lot acquisition, small acreage properties and condominiums. She has an overall understanding of the construction process, architectural details and working with the demands of Austin’s evolving real estate market. Joined with her natural intuition and diligence, Tracie has been uniquely trained to sell real estate and feels fortunate to have been trained by an elite group of mentors along the way. In addition to surrounding herself with great role models, she obtained the extensive graduate education degree of (GRI), has received the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation by selling multiple luxury properties in a specified time and recently met the sales performance required to earn the coveted induction into The Institutes Million Dollar Guild. She has studied and received the National Association of Realtor’s GREEN designation with a focus on green building and energy ratings. She maintains memberships in both Austin and Highland Lakes MLS.
