Tracie has experienced 18 relocations throughout her lifetime, living in nine cities across four countries on four continents. Throughout her journey, she has been a renter, owner, and landlord, residing in a variety of homes, including a century-old property and newly constructed houses. Tracie's connection to real estate began without her realizing it, as her diverse experiences prepared her for a career in the field. Her background includes graduating from the University of Texas, working as a photojournalist, completing Culinary Arts School, gaining experience in the restaurant and catering industry, and exploring over 30 different countries. Tracie's passion for exploring new places and learning about different cultures remains ever-present, and Houston has become her beloved home.
Having spent over 22 years in Houston, Tracie continues to discover and appreciate new aspects of the city. For the past eight years, she has resided in the Memorial area and actively contributed to the Spring Branch School district in various capacities, currently serving on the Gutherie Center Campus Improvement Team. Tracie generously volunteers as a tutor at Literacy Advance and actively participates in the National Charity League, West Houston Chapter. She is also a member of the Houston Heart Guild, a support and fundraising group for the American Heart Association. Tracie's understanding of multiple communities in the Houston metropolitan area is extensive, having experienced living in Spring, West Houston, Kingwood, The Heights, and the Memorial area. She also owns property in The Woodlands and frequently enjoys spending time in the Lake Conroe area.
