When selling your home, Tracy will utilize a strategic marketing plan to ensure you get your home sold quickly and for the best possible price. When purchasing your home, she helps advise you through every step no matter if this is your first, tenth, or vacation home. Every purchase is unique, and Tracy’s commitment is to find the perfect match!

Tracy’s husband and she relocated to Charleston in 2003. They have three children who keep them rocking and rolling. When Tracy is not negotiation for her clients or showing homes, you might find her on the tennis courts. As a family, they love hitting the beaches and spending as much time on the water as possible.

In 2014, Tracy put her real estate business on hold to relocate the family of five to Australia for a year and a half. She gained first-hand knowledge of what it takes to move a family not just across the country, but across the world. When they moved back to Charleston in early 2016, Tracy knew she wanted to expand my Real Estate Business to include relocation services. Relocating a family can be incredibly stressful and I have had the honor to help many families ease into Charleston.
