Tracy Boehme

A truly driven professional, Tracy embarked on her real estate career in 1996 and elevated her licensure status from salesperson to broker only 15 months later. Immediately thereafter, she opened her own brokerage firm, Touchstone Realty, Inc. and by 1999 - only her third year in real estate - she was ranked among the top agents in Massachusetts. Soon after, she joined Keller Williams Realty as a top-producing agent.
Representing buyers and sellers for over 20 years, Tracy has built a reputation based on her unfailing customer service ethos, her mastery of value analysis, her outstanding ability to visualize a property’s potential, her extensive experience in creative and strategic marketing, her commitment to ethical and fair business dealings, and her enthusiasm for negotiating and for all aspects of the real estate transaction process.
Tracy earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and an M.S. in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School. She has owned a Keller Williams Realty franchise, has received numerous awards and is a certified and sought after trainer for Keller Williams across the country.
