Tracy is a great realtor. She is down to earth, honest, thorough, attentive to detail and sensitive to individual needs. She has helped me sell 4 homes and purchase 2. She has given me tips on style, renovations, and presentation for sale yet is conscious of budget. She has advocated well for me on purchases. She is very knowledgeable and handles every transaction with grace and expertise, but will be the first to refer me to an expert if necessary.
