Tracy will forever be our agent. She helped us buy our first home in 2019 and helped us buy and sell in 2021. When we told her we were ready to sell & buy a bigger home, she scheduled a day with us right away. She helped get our home ready and staged, she's always on time. She always responds quickly, if not with a text, with a quick phone call. She held our hand and guided us through all the way even after the sale and with the rent-backs. She knows all the contractors you'll ever need and they come at a great price. She advises yet listens to what you want to do with each step. She kept us motivated but also 'cautiously optimistic' so that we wouldn't be let down in certain points. Selling and buying a home is a really really tough, emotional and long process, so it's super important to have someone like Tracy by your side to keep your spirits up and keep you moving forward. She never gives up, and she 'recovers quickly' from any difficult parts of the transaction. HIGHLY recommend our agent, Tracy Bryant!

I first met Tracy Bryant when she was hosting an Open House for the property that became my home. I had many questions about buying and selling, for which she had knowledgable answers. She helped us negotiate a fair price for a house that had been on the market awhile. In turn, we confidently asked her to sell our home at the time.
Tracy was ambitious in getting our home on the market, while respectful of our timeline in doing so. She was diligent in advertising and showing our home, and helped us secure top dollar for it in a very short amount of time.
Tracy truly cares about our community because it is her community as well. She is actively involved in it, hosts community events, and supports our schools and small businesses. Tracy treated my family like her own during the buying and selling process, and has become a friend. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
