Tracy Cothran

Tracy Cothran was born and raised in Cheatham County, TN, later moved to Montgomery County, TN. She comes from over 25 years, serving as an executive assistant and project coordinator to the CIO of a large nonprofit corporation and exemplifies a lifestyle of professionalism, trustworthiness, and honesty when working with her real estate clients.

Tracy has led, organized, and participated in many community outreach projects locally and has served on multiple projects in seven international countries where she has gained real-life experience in humanitarian aid, teaching, and training to help improve people’s lives and the communities they live in, which makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Tracy entered the realty world to help people achieve their real estate goals with peace of mind that their agent cares and is dedicated to making their dream a reality. She wants everyone to have an agent that they can trust and make the home-buying experience enjoyable and fun.

Tracy and her husband, Brian, live in Clarksville, TN. They consider themselves blessed to have two beautiful children; a son and daughter, plus a fabulous daughter-in-law, one grandson, and two grand dogs. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
