Tracy Cunniff

After being born and bred in Westchester County, Tracy moved out of Manhattan in 1984 and began her Real Estate Career with Houlihan Lawrence. Her prior career had been in Broadcast Advertising Sales which gave her sound experience in dealing with both buyers and sellers. Since purchasing a home is usually a person's largest expenditure, she takes great pride in treating each and every purchase as if it were her own. And selling a house can be fraught with anxiety, especially after living somewhere for many years. It is her job to make the buying and selling process a painless one!

In 1981 she bought a weekend property in North Salem, but in a few short years the bucolic nature of living in Northern Westchester moved her here fulltime. It is a beautiful and serene environment, with many cultural diversions and a great place to raise children. With excellent school systems, outstanding medical facilities and its proximity to New York City, it is the ideal place to live.
