I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRACY!! Tracy was a pleasure to work with, she assisted in the sell of our home and a purchase of a brand new build. I was referred to her by one of my friends and could not be happier. She has a great team that works with her from getting photos and video taken, listed, and a whole lot more resources to assist in the selling and purchasing of a home. She kept us informed of what the next step would be. As stressful and crazy buying and selling a home can be she kept it super simple and as stress free as she could. We are so happy with our dream home for our family!

Tracy “the home seller’s answer” Dupler was an absolute professional and made our home selling experience seamless. We’ve sold many homes over the years as we’ve moved from state to state pretty seemingly. However this time around, we were challenged to sell our home in NC while one of us moved to TX to start running a business we purchased while the other one of us stayed back to finish a current work assignment and get our home sold. Tracy’s marketing campaign for our home was done with such professionalism and tactical strategy, that is set us up to be able to get a feel for the current market and also be able to wait for the exact buyer that was supposed to purchase our home. From the beginning of the process when she absolutely set up an awesome assessment and analysis of what needed to be done to get the home ready to show (and by the way arranged and took care of EVERYTHING; as I was still working and was doing this alone while my spouse was in TX taking care of things on that end) and held multiple open houses for neighbors and potential buyers… to being patient and professional all the way through til the end when deadlines came up on me quickly and needed last minute help two days before closing. For goodness sakes people, this awesome professional actually arranged (from out of the country and on vacation) for someone to come haul all that I couldn’t get in my moving truck away the day before closing; all done on a moments notice. I could go on and on about how awesome our experience was with Tracy. I’ll just sum it up like this…Every single time I texted or called Tracy with ANYTHING I needed her to do throughout this process, I got a text reply “I got you” or “Oh no worries…I’ll take care of that!” Anyway…Tracy’s got my recommendation any day someone calls me and needs a real estate professional to sell or buy their home. Thanks again Tracy for all that you did for us to help us get our house sold to the perfect buyers.

Tracy is an amazing Realtor that helped my husband and I purchase our first home while we were located in another state. She was familiar with military benefits and helped us receive get money back after we purchased our home. Tracy is a Realtor you wouldn’t want to forget. I highly recommend Tracy Dupler as a realtor. She is friendly, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. The guidance and advice she gave us on every aspect of our home purchase from the beginning to the end was priceless.

We moved to North Carolina from New Jersey. Tracy showed us existing homes as well as new developments. We decided to build, and she attended every meeting in that process. She was always available to answer our questions and to follow up with the builder. We felt much more confident in our purchase because of the trust we have in Tracy.

Tracy was amazing! We had to mostly tour homes remotely, which is difficult- but she did an amazing job. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Really made a stressful situation easy going and enjoyable. We are so happy and truly grateful for our experience in finding our home. Highly recommend!
