“She’s Simply the Best”. If you’re looking to purchase or sell a home the Realtor, you should reach out to is Tracy Goins at BOSS Real Estate. In late June of this year, I was looking to purchase a new home. I heard about Tracy from a relative and reached out to her. She immediately responded and we set up an in-person meeting. She’s extremely personable. It only took me a few minutes into the conversation to see that she knew the real estate business inside and out. She brought things into the conversation that I hadn’t even thought about. She’s intelligent and has a broad knowledge base.

I told Tracy what I was looking for and she set me up on a ‘private’ Open House visit. Like I said, she’s got the connections. I loved the house and we worked to get me under contract. By the time I was well into the purchase of my new home, Tracy started me on the road to ‘selling’ my current home. It was a whirlwind, but I am happy today. Yes! Not only did she get me into the new home, but I also had two Open Houses, and had a contract on my then current home for a price above asking. I advise you not to work with Tracy if you’re not ready to conduct business. She doesn’t mess around. She not only assisted me through both processes, but she also even helped me pack boxes for the move. Now, you can’t ask for more than that.

All cute jokes aside, I don’t think another Realtor would have spent the amount of time and dedication.
