Tracy is the epitome of what you would want out of a real estate agent. She was our agent in finding our first home 3 years ago, and the time she took with us to understand what we want and are looking for as well as just getting to know us was invaluable. I could not believe someone genuinely took that amount of time to get to know their clients. She was ALWAYS responsive when we messaged her and answered questions quickly and thoroughly, and was especially helpful to us since it was our first home (making sure we understood the process, the steps required, what we need to prepare for, etc.). FAST FORWARD TO NOW, and we sold that same home with her, and it was better than we expected. She went up and beyond to help clear our home out, move things and stage it for the open house and made sure that folks followed our home protocols when looking (because we were still living there). On top of that, she had to deal with a very unprofessional agent from the buyer's side and she dealt with that. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy to anyone in the Pitt area. Honestly, we wish we could take her with us whenever we move, and help us find and sell our homes!

Tracy was extremely helpful in the process of getting our first (starter) home ready for sale and ultimately sold (within 24 hours!!). Her guidance and knowledge within the market is exceptional.
