Tracy Knofczynski

racy was raised in Portland and feels lucky to be part of such a vibrant community. She started her real estate career in 2002 and partnered with Mark in 2004 to collaborate on real estate transactions. Over the years, their working partnership grew until the pair opened Tilia Property Group together in 2015, with the goal of personalizing client care and expanding into managing properties for others.

Tracy feels strongly that each person has a story and a desire to be heard. Truly listening to her clients and helping them achieve their goals is her passion. She is also a mom to two kiddos, one diva dog and enjoys hiking, camping and travel.
