As a residential real estate specialist with Berkshire Hathaway in Laguna Beach, Tracy Lineback brings to each transaction over 30 years of experience as a sales and merchandising manager in the fashion apparel industry, providing her with an extensive repertoire of skills that have proven invaluable in delivering maximum results to her clientele.

Tracy, a Southern California native, earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis on advertising and communications. Prior to pursuing her passion for real estate and making the transition to home sales, she successfully handled key business accounts for several major clothing manufacturers from sport and entertainment lines representing the NBA, NFL and NHL to Disney and Warner Brothers as well as in the local action sport industry.

Described as personable, trustworthy and loyal, Tracy has a wealth of expertise in the development and implementation of effective marketing and finance strategies which, coupled with her intimate knowledge of local neighborhoods, serves her clients well. Her background has enhanced her innate capacity to assist a buyer in visualizing a property's full potential as well as preparing a property for sale to attain the highest possible value.

While representing buyers and sellers throughout Southern Orange County, Tracy has always been committed to giving back to the community where she raised her family. An active PTA member, she also supports Laguna Beach Water Polo Club, the Girl Scouts and FROCS( Friends of Cathryn Pediatric Cancer Awareness). Dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle, she enjoys Pilates and a variety of outdoor activities from hiking, swimming, volleyball and gardening.
