About Tracy

Tracy Mau is proud to be a native of Georgetown, South Carolina. Her professional career began in the early 1990s in the payroll industry before transitioning to the insurance industry in 2004. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health Insurance, and holds several industry designations. Tracy was an agency owner and partner until the business sold in 2020, with office locations serving Georgetown, Horry, and Dorchester Counties. She is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Horry and Georgetown Counties.

Outside of her professional life, Tracy enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and pursuing her lifelong passion for learning. Much of her free time is spent on or near the water, whether boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the beauty of South Carolina’s coastline. She considers herself blessed to have been married for more than 30 years to her best friend and greatest supporter. Together, they have raised four children and are proud grandparents to ten grandchildren. Their family also includes three beloved dogs who hold a special place in their hearts.

Tracy is committed to serving her clients and guiding them through some of the most important decisions they will ever make. Her extensive professional background has instilled in her a thorough, detail-oriented approach, ensuring that every aspect of the process is handled with care and precision.
