Tracy Minton is an outstanding Real estate agent! Nowadays it is very hard to find reliable, honest, diligent and hardworking people. Tracy holds all of these values and more. After 50+ showings we found our dream home. Tracy was patient and encouraging throughout the whole search.

Furthermore, Tracy was honest. Yes, she inspected every house like it was her own! She wanted to make sure we were getting a great house. After finding the home, Tracy helped us get the improvements negotiated that we needed.

Tracy is one of a kind and we would recommend her to anyone!

I highly recommend Tracy! She helped my mom find a home in Columbia and our experience was top notch every step of the way. She told us she cares more about my mom finding a home she loves and feels safe in, rather than just collecting a paycheck, and she proved she meant what she said. Wonderful communication and she’s also very knowledgeable and honest when she sees something that isn’t right with a house. She steered us away from 2 houses that she could tell would have water issues around the foundation. When and if we ever move again I’ll definitely be calling her!!

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin…Tracy has stolen my heart since day one of our first phone call. She will fight for you, guide you, and be there for you through every step of the way! I’ve bought and sold houses quite a few times in my life, gone through a couple realtors (who honestly weren’t worth my time, but I settled.) HOWEVER, Tracy will forever and always be my realtor and now a wonderful family friend. I HIGHLY recommend her and truly trust her to be your next and BEST realtor! My wife Laura and I prayed over our cross-country move for some time - never want to make a move without His blessing and favor. Well the good Lord answered our prayers faithfully, leading us to Tracy Minton. She worked tirelessly and selflessly, driving at least 10-12 hours to scout out homes, and to be there for the final inspection. While we were dealing with closing on houses on both sides of the country simultaneously, she was a rock, and source of calm, stability, and assurance. We know that God is with her as she sacrifices her time and resources to serve faithfully, by the shear the number of amazing "Godcidences" that happened as the plane was landing on these transactions, and our testimony could fill a book. Tracy is by far the best realtor. I had worked with 2 other people prior to her and she was the only one who listened and cared. She has a heart of gold and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. In a short 3 month period we grew as friends and I was able to purchase my first home. She is very kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each of her clients. The best part is when she encouraged me when it seems like we were in an impossible situation!

I Bought land in Tennessee from a big land broker with agent representation who worked for that broker. We were then lied to and had to get lawyers because we wanted our money back, it was a nightmare. We looked for an Agent outside of Jamestown who would not be tied to possible lying agents and brokers. And Tracey did not hesitate to help us. We needed representation so we would not get lied to or taken again. She drove over two hours to look at homes that were already built since we lost so much money we thought we could not build. Some houses were shockingly bad builds. She was able to jump in and talk to a builder when we did find a nice one. She is there 24/7. Calls back same day and listens hour hours of me crying on her shoulder. Most agents would not have gotten involved let alone drive four hours. Tracey deserves a solid review she works hard and will be there when you call. Its hard to find that especially now with the market exploding. Thank you Tracey for always being there.

Tracy works tirelessly at every aspect for her clients, from locating, research, negotiating, inspection, closing and yes even post closing. She drove two hours after we moving in just to visit check that we were settling in ok and ensure there were no problems. Who does that!

My husband and I were searching for the perfect property for relocating our farm and Tracy Minton found it for us. However, we then found out there was a messy issue with the title that had caused several other potential buyers and their agents to give up. We tried working with the seller’s realtor for several months to get the title cleared…and then they also gave up. That is when Tracy became our best advocate, going way above and beyond, using all of her resources to get our title cleared. My family and friends say I am a perfectionist and it is impossible for anyone to exceed my expectations, but Tracy did. She was ethical, hardworking, and a great communicator. My husband and I would recommend her services without reservation.

One evening we signed onto Realtor.com to get more information about a listing in middle Tennessee. We were expecting some response the next day. Tracy called use in less than 30 minutes. We explained that we were in New Mexico looking to move back to Tennessee since we had retired. Tracy agreed to work with us even though the listings we were interested in were outside her usual territory. When we arranged our trip to Tennessee, she scheduled showings for the houses we were interested as well as several others that met our criteria. When we met Tracy in person we hit it off right away because she actually cared about finding a house we wanted. At each house she carefully pointed out the positives and negatives of each one. She was a pleasure to work with and always put our interests first in spite of having to drive over two hours to meet with us. While the houses we had picked out did not pan out, she found us one that we purchased. She stayed with us throughout the closing process, advocating for us through out the process. We would definitely recommend Tracy for anyone looking for a home in middle Tennessee. Especially if your looking for someone that will put your interests first.

Tracy was very good with us! I thought we were going to run her to death, We looked at seemed like a hundred houses before we found our HOME. We were very picky with what we were looking for. We have been home owners for several years... we knew what we were looking for and Tracy did her job, and helped us find what we were looking for. It's a bit small, after we got our stuff in here, but we are trimming out some things and make it just right for us!

We met Tracy while searching for a home closer to our daughter and granddaughter. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect home! Not only did she find our forever home she helped us sell our previous home! She was honest and patient. Whenever we had questions she always found the answers for us. There was one home we looked at that we were willing to put in an offer on, but Tracy said something didn't feel right about it. In doing further research we found out that the work had been done without the proper permits being pulled. There was no way to know if the plumbing and electrical were up to code without completely gutting the home to find out. She could have written up the contract and walked away, but she didn't do that! Instead she worked with us honestly! It is not just about making a sale for her. She truly wants to help you find the perfect home for your family! She is an amazing person and realtor!

Tracy and I looked for a year to find my forever home, we drove a lot of miles and looked at a lot of properties. Tracy would look underneath houses and check attics and walk the property with you and never complain rain or shine. I found her to be honest and dependable on handling my affairs , she surrounds herself with professional businesses that can help you with Any matter you have.
