By pure chance and random luck, I met Tracy at an open house recently. She immediately put my mind at ease regarding home buying fears. She has patience and a sense of calmness that gives you confidence. She listened to what I was looking for and was ALWAYS ready for my questions. I trusted her opinions at all times and was not lead astray and I'm now sitting in a fantastic home in St. Charles!!

I’m not sure where to start! Our experience with Tracy was amazing! She was very responsive to all of our questions before we started even looking. Tracy was extremely organized when it came to our day of house hunting. She paid very close attention to our wants & needs list and picked amazing houses all within our budget to look at that day. We found our dream house that day!!! Tracy was patient & informative about what would happen next, we never felt alone in the process. We closed in 17 days!!! We could have never done it without the help & support of Tracy!!

Tracy is a professional and thorough realtor. She showed us many options and they all fit the criteria we were looking for in a home. After finding the prefect house worked with us through a difficult closing due to circumstances beyond her control. The outcome of negotiations turned out to be more than we could have hoped for and we have Tracy to thank for that.
