Tracy Patterson

Tracy Patterson brings nearly 24 years of experience to her role as a REALTOR® at Atlanta Fine Home Sotheby's International Realty's Buckhead office. Her record of exceptional performance and passion has led to more than $150 million in sales in her real estate career. Tracy and business partner Amanda Nichols ranked among the top 5 percent of teams in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in 2016, with nearly $20 million in sales.

Prior to her current position, Tracy spent 13 years as a paralegal attaining valued research skills, legal acumen and market understanding - all crucial and sought-after qualities that help propel her service and satisfy clients in every price range. Luxury real estate is more than just a career with Tracy; for her, it's a way to touch lives and help clients achieve their dreams.

Tracy began her real estate career in 1998 and has consistently ranked among the top agents company-wide since 2000. She was also named a Top Atlanta REALTOR® by Atlanta Magazine from 2004 to 2006 and was acknowledged on the Top 100 Agents list by Atlanta Home Communities Magazine in 2007 and 2008 - her sales record placed her second in her company. In 2009, she was identified as one of the top agents in the Buckhead market center, reached the $10 million sales mark in 2011 and was ranked 110 in the entire Southeast.

Having only left Atlanta for college, Tracy's understanding of and passion for the Atlanta market stems from her many experiences within and around the city, both personal and professional. When she isn't working, she shares her life with her husband, Pete, her daughter, Nancy, and three standard poodles.
