Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator from the start. We met to do a walkthrough and go over the property we were listing with her. She was able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease with the whole process. Something else I should mention was that she came prepared with comps already pulled and a clear plan of attack. She gave us the opportunity to express our wishes and was open to our ideas. Tracy was the perfect guide for us and gained our trust very quickly. She had various professionals that she worked with so we could get the house ready for the open house. Her plan was so effective that we had almost 10 offers from a two day open house and accepted an offer that worked best for us, two days later. Again, she came prepared with all of the details and walked us through everything so we could make the best decision on which offer to accept. I am convinced that her expertise helped us make the right decision and we had an extremely smooth sale, as a result. Thanks Tracy, you are the BEST!!

The most patient helpful realtor ever! It took months to settle on a home. The market was at times frustrating with bidding wars, unreasonable sellers and other realtors who's behaviors left much to be desired. Even after we decided to move our search an hour south of Tampa she stayed with us! Tracy remained professional, positive and supportive when we our selves weren't sure the result would be what we wanted. In the end, we got exactly what we needed, in the range we wanted, in the area we wanted to live. I'd recommend Tracy again and again and again!
