Tracy Ronca

Tracy and Stephanie Ronca are a mother-daughter real estate team based out of San Luis Obispo, California who cover the Central Coast. Tracy has lived in San Luis Obispo County since the mid-70s, residing in Morro Bay, Atascadero, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo, owned and operated a small business for almost 20 years and has been a top-producing Realtor for over 10 years ago. Stephanie was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, attended Mission College Prep and graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a degree in journalism and public relations.
