Tracy went above and beyond for us as a realtor. We were looking for a home in the midst of a sellers market. We looked at many, many houses and put in five offers. Some of them were beaten by someone paying cash and one even had an offer that was way over what we offered. It was a rough time to buy a house. Tracy was patient, and was willing to go through as many houses as we wanted. She was realistic about pricing and helped us to adapt to the market. We finally ended up getting a home just because Tracy had her feelers out and found a buyer who was willing to sell to us before it even went on market. It was a win-win for everyone. She is professional and very friendly and I would recommend her to anyone. For a single woman looking for a realtor, Tracy would be a real asset as she makes you feel comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable.
