We have dealt with many realtors over the years and the customer service we received from Tracy was above all previous experiences and nothing short of outstanding. Her in-depth knowledge of the area, host of valuable contacts and tireless energy in helping us find a home really paid off. Tracy took the time asking questions to get to know us and what type of property we were looking for. She spent countless hours driving us to many communities/homes and provided valuable information about them. After returning home, a five hour drive away, her exceptional customer service continued by conducting live video tours of homes and completing required documents online. tracy swanson is the most professional, hardest working, trustworthy and nicest relator we have worked with. after 15 years in our vacation house we had several things we needed to do in order to get the house ready to sell including cleaning out, cleaning up, landscaping, minor repairs, installing a new roof and connecting the house to the sewer. we don’t live locally so tracy got estimates for the work and supervised to make sure it was done correctly. she even got some extra estimates because she felt the first few were too high. she stayed in solid contact with us, but didn’t badger us and all the communication was personal and necessary, not automated. her market analysis and recommended pricing was spot on, significantly more than we thought we could get, and we actually did better than the asking price. we cannot strongly enough recommend tracy to be your realtor.

It was great working with Tracy. She did much more than she had for us, as I'm sure she does for other people. I was a little shocked when she told me I had to 'declutter' but I took it as an opportunity to start packing. By the time the house was put on the market I needed to be away much of the time and thankfully, Tracy took over. She helped with the move, arranged for things to be transported to ReStore and supervised the small repairs required after the Inspection. During period she was also reassuring me that things were under control. She is definitely a "full service" realtor and I can recommend without reservation.

She was very attentive to our needs and questions and explained the process to us in detail. We relied on her expertise and are happy to say we had a very favorable outcome when selling our house. She took care of many details for us as we were not local residents of OKI and needed a local person on scene to take care of several items.

Tracy Swanson completed an almost impossible transaction for my husband and myself. The property was highly mortgage with a low value thanks to the market crash in 2008. Tracy didn't care that it was a small price and that we needed to get out of a mortgage that we could not afford. Tracy orchestrated a short sale and spent many days and hours with our mortgage company working to get the short sale done. She charged thru and fought for us like a Roman Gladiator and came out with the prize not for her but for us. During this process I lost my husband of 42 years and Tracy was right there making sure it would finish and I would not have to carry this burden.
