Tracy is great. In fact, the husband and wife Thayer team is just fantastic. They are patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in local real estate. They were very attentive to our needs and always provided useful suggestions. As Sellers, we are extremely content doing business with Tracy and Dusty Thayer. We especially appreciate the useful suggestions, attention to detail, and helpfulness. They even helped us in finding contractors and coordinating small repairs as part of our contract negotiations with the buyers. We basically just reviewed the contracts and signed papers which was absolutely helpful and appreciated in the whole chaotic process of moving with two little kids! I am sure a lot of people can relate to this! 😀

Tracy didn't give up finding my new home last year, during an extremely hot market for sellers AND Covid19 causing trouble. It was a challenge and she came through for me. I am absolutely in love with my home and my neighborhood. Hopefully I'll be here for many years, but if things ever change, I'll call up Tracy first thing! I'm very happy with how the whole process turned out.

Tracy was an absolute wonder to work with. She kept everything very professional but on a friendly level. Being a first time home buyer was frightening but having someone there to explain everything in a way that I could comprehend was absolutely amazing. The service doesn't end with just buying the house though, any time I have a question about anything regarding my property she ALWAYS has an answer, or she has someone who can answer it for her. Tracy is hands down the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She made the selling process so smooth and painless. She even helped line up preliminary inspections, secure termite treatment and repair, had contacts for every type of repair business we could have ever needed and told us which repairs we even should consider and which were not necessary with our older home and market. And….with our tight timeline of moving overseas, she put our mind at eases when she sold our house in less than 3 days! We will absolutely use her when we return and buy our forever home. ❤️❤️

I met Tracy through a good friend and co-worker of mine. I was originally renting in Norfolk, VA after coming back from overseas. I was terrified to buy a house because of the horror stories. I met Tracy and she was so involved, it almost felt like she was the one buying the home and I couldn’t appreciate that more. She answered any and all questions of mine and worked with both my seller and myself. She genuinely cares about getting you into a home you truly want and doing it smoothly. After purchasing my home, she has also helped me get into contact with companies to fix up my house a bit in ways I wanted it done.
