About Tracy
For twenty years, Tracy Vatnsdal has been involved in Indianapolis real estate first as a licensed assistant, and then as an agent with the F.C. Tucker Company since 1992. She completed her GRI designation as Class President in Bloomington in 1996 and subsequently earned her CRS designation and Broker's license as well.
As a member of MIBOR, Tracy completed the R.E.A.L. (Real Estate Academy of Leadership) in 1997 and has sat on the Board of Directors of the REALTOR Foundation (1998-2000), chaired the Grievance Committee (1999-2000 and 2004-2005), chaired RPAC (REALTOR Political Action Committee) during her two terms (2005-2010), and presently resides on the Professional Standards Committee (2001-2003 and 2005-2010). She was recently elected by her peers to the MIBOR Board of Directors for District 6 representing Hamilton, Boone, and Montgomery counties for 2011-2013.
Tracy is a regular Tucker University training speaker for new agents, and leads the company in the annual St. Mary's Child Center Christmas benevolence drive. She is also very active in her neighborhood Homeowners’ Association as the social chairperson and participates at her church in a special needs ministry and the children's choir programs. Tracy is a consistent performer in our real estate market representing both buyers and sellers. She continues to interact at all levels in and around the Board and with new and experienced agents. Tracy is capable of bringing the perspective of her peers to the table in making sound decisions that represent the best interests of all parties.
Tracy has lived in three counties of the MIBOR service area and currently resides and works in Hamilton County with her husband and two children. It is with experience, creativity, continuing activity and sales, the ability to listen and communicate paired with artful negotiation skills that Tracy will the perfect partner for your next Real Estate experience.
