Tracy Wisneski

Since 2005, he has been advocating strongly for her clients, helping them to traverse buying and selling with the confidence that they are being represented by a professional who will put their needs first. As a former high school teacher, she strives to represent her buyers and sellers by educating, advocating, and empowering them.

She networks with other agents from around the globe to serve local, national, and international buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals in the Greater Tampa Area. She specializes in relocation and also holds the esteemed distinction of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

With a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications (USF, 2015) and over 8 years of successful digital marketing experience under her belt, she expertly markets listings using a winning combination of the latest technology with tried-and-true traditional marketing. She chairs the Public Relations/Communications Committee for the Greater Tampa Realtors Association and teaches and mentors other agents, with a focus on social media marketing.
