Tracy is amazing, as a first time home buyer I had so many questions and concerns and helped me out by always being there. If she didn't have an answer at the spot she knew someone who can answer. Her knowledge in the real estate field is bar none the best. The biggest compliment I can give is that I trust her, she was honest and thoughtful of what I was looking for. We know that when buying a house, a realtor may not land a sale. That didn't stop Tracy from being incredibly helpful, responsive, and caring throughout the process. She worked with our crazy schedule to book showings, often at the drop of a hat (in this market!).

She was punctual, helpful in assessing homes—pros and cons—and really hearing what we wanted and needed.

When a listing came through that *I* knew was perfect, I messaged Tracy and at the same time she messaged *me* the same posting. That's a realtor who knows what she's doing and who listens to her clients. We landed the house and she was so excited for us, and that showed.

Fast forward a couple of months while we prepped our home for sale. Selling a home is bittersweet, and Tracy understood that completely. While this is her business she did not treat us like a business. Tracy treated us warmly and told us to trust her—and boy did she come through. We felt cared for while selling something that was so meaningful to us, and we landed an excellent offer, thanks to her expertise and hard work.

We've spent more than four months in constant contact with Tracy, and to be honest, we're a little sad we won't have her on speed dial, so to speak, moving forward (because we don't plan on moving ever again.)

Real estate is a cutthroat business, but Tracy treated us like family and we felt so comfortable throughout the process. Highly highly recommend for buying and selling.

If you want the highest value for your home when you sell you must hire Tracy Ziemba as your agent. Tracy had many very good ideas on how to prepare our house for showings. She even came up with ideas on how to make a small investment in the house that resulted in a 10 fold increase in the value of the house. Our house was listed for a higher price than expected and sold for an even considerably higher price. Tracy and her team guided us through the pre-losing and closing processes. She is a realtor you can trust. The experience was very positive.

Tracy is the most sincere, professional, and committed realtor we could ever have asked for. She has a go-getter attitude and an extremely positive spirit. We spent 14 months trying to buy a house before we met Tracy and we had only 5 months until our baby was arriving at that point. She promised she would help get us a house before this baby arrived and she DID, in just 3 months of working with her. In the world’s craziest market, she went above and beyond for us. She kept our spirits up the entire time. I cannot rave enough about Tracy. She is the ideal realtor. Tracy is patient, easy to talk to, listens carefully, and shows you listings without hurrying you at all. She also doesn't try to tell you what you want or don't want. Very professional from beginning to end, and also very positive.Tracy is a pleasure. Loved this experience. Kudos also to the BHHS Fox & Roach Bethlehem office who made safety a priority at close and masked up, cleaned the boardroom table between clients, and even disinfected the pens. Very impressed. We are so happy we worked with Tracy! She is charming and friendly, but don’t let that fool you. She knows what she is doing! Her input was thoughtful and reflective on the market. She is also great at negotiating (you catch more flies with honey!) and we never felt like she was in it just for the sake.
