I wasn't at all ready to dive into selling my home. It just dawned on me one day that I was working too hard in trying to maintain two homes and my quality of life was diminishing, let alone, it was still during the time of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic! I wanted to lessen the work I had to do, so I decided to call Travell Eiland, who had sent me a flyer in the mail to see, just see, inquire, into what it would take to start the work of selling my home. I normally would not rate a review of 5 stars off the bat, without any room for improvement, however, this is surely an exceptional case, and I will tell you why in as few words as I can, albeit it deserves a book in writing! Then came that fateful day in early March, when I met Travell at my home at North Beach, MD. Immediately, we somehow, clicked, we both had our face masks on and couldn't see our smiles, just those trusting eyes. I felt very comfortable showing Travell around my home and he instantly advised and guided me on how the process would work and how it would all work out for me. I had sold a condo before, so I had some idea, but never a Townhouse. He shared his successes with me and his portfolio and he insured me, with the great state that my home was in, we could start the sale process and have an Open House my late March and have the home sold by April (3rd week). I was very pleased with how Travell helped guide me and was a no-nonsense type of person, he got right down to the nitty gritty and we made a commitment that day. I was going to go with his professional expertise and guidance and not work with anyone else. We started the process, the company his hires for staging came that next week and inspected what I needed to have removed from the home in order for the staging to be just right. I began clearing out the home, slowly day after day, and got all every thing out. The staging was done and the home looked superb! Professional photos were taken of the house inside and outside, and everything was completed, and as promised, Travell put the home on the market on time and he also held the Open House towards the end of March, as planned.
that very weekend of the Open House, we got 3 offers at full price. The sale process and paper work began! The potential buyer scheduled the Home Inspection and the Appraiser. Travell, was superb at guiding me through the whole sale process, holding my hand all the way. The very special thing about Travell, is he is extremely responsive, very caring, knowledgeable and willing to take a risk. He and I worked together side by side and Travell responds all through the day or night. Although, I was not Travell's only client I am sure, he made it seem like I was. He gave me 100% and more of this time and attention. He is very hard working and never ever let me down. He knows his work well, he was so impressive and a true gem to find amongst the many Realtors! We both kept our promises. He sold my home and I was committed in his trust. I would like to wish Travell many more successes going forward and a wonderful career in selling homes! Thank you, Travell.

Travell was an absolute delight to work with. The process from staging the home to listing and closing was a breeze. Travell and his assistant made sure we were informed about the entire process at every step. We were able to sell our home for 30K over the original estimate within 30-40 days. I highly recommend Travell. He is professional, personable, and honest. He made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish.

It was a pleasure working with Travell. From start to finish, the process of selling my first home was easy and relaxing. Travell negotiated more money for our house and had faith to sell our home at an asking price far above our dreams. We sold our house for 120000 over what we paid for it. Mr. Travell Eiland has a natural though ability to listen to his clients. He diligently worked on the behalf of his clients. He prepared our house to go on the market for selling in October, 2020, in early November before Thanksgiving a contract was placed on our property. And the second week of December we went to settlement on the house. I thank him for his propensity to have worked to get the property ready .

Accurate valuation and pricing, a robust marketing campaign, multiple offers within hours of listing, and an incredibly smooth close. Let me just start off with this was the fastest longest sale of our property, Trevelle first contacted me through a referral from a friend of my brother’s and he was not pushy or sales pitchy (not a word) at all. He didn’t try to over sell our property by trying to list it way over the market price like other realtors we interviewed. He was clear and concise. I told him that we weren’t ready to sell at the moment due to moving out of state and our older kids were going to stay there until they found their own apartments, he understood that, I told him he could reach out to us again in about 5 months and that’s exactly what he did. When
we were finally ready to list our property, Trevelle was right there ready to help us from the beginning, he has this attention to detail like no other, he was able to see details hired contractors missed so that they were rectified before final payments were made. Trevelle goes above and beyond what’s expected from a realtor, which puts him in a class above the rest. Travell worked with my husband and I remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout our rapport. We searched online for months and Travell would attend open houses on our behalf and send thorough videos. After roughly 15 house visits, we found our new home and T made sure everything was completed as per contract. He stuck along every step of the way inconveniencing himself with many last minute tasks. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he’s very friendly, and a straight shooter which is much appreciated. Travell went above and beyond during the sale of our property. Without his assistance we would still be trying to sell our house. Thank you Travell for your outstanding service, advice, and attention to detail. You truly are a cut above the rest.

After being on the market with another agent for more than 6 months with no movement, we decided to find a new listing agent. Fate smiled on us and Travell called. We had spoken to 6-10 agents and had not found an agent who would be sensitive and responsive to out unique situation (military assigned out of the area) and willing to accept the extra responsibility our situation placed on them. A second phone call with Travell made our decision to move forward with easy. His understanding of marketing principles, willingness to go the extra mile, and outstanding communication were just a few of the attributes that Travell brought to the table.

After Travell had the opportunity to survey our property, he called us and related news no home owner wants to hear. The property had sustained broad damage under the care of the property manager renting the house for us. Although the news was difficult to hear, it was easier as Travell had a plan to make the house sale-ready. During the process he maintained a positive attitude and willingly went out of his way to visit the property and supervise the various contractors, handymen, and trades persons.
Without his assistance our home would still be in the process of repairs…or worse just sitting on the market under a real-estate agent who did not have the integrity or experience to understand the situation and develop a way forward.

A CUT ABOVE THE REST… truly defines our experience while working with Realtor Travell Eiland on selling our home. Before meeting Travell, our home was on the market for 4 months with no potential buyer. My husband and I were discouraged and literally at our wits’ end with the entire real estate process. We thought we tried everything and decided to pull our house off of the market. We began receiving calls from all kinds of investors and real estate agents, however, Travell’s call stood out amongst the others. His professionalism, knowledge, persuasion, and style of communication gave us a glimmer of hope to reconsider putting our house back on the market. Throughout the entire process, Travell made us feel like he was fully invested and like we were in a partnership. He looked out for our best interest and demonstrated over and over again that he was willing to go the extra mile; above and beyond the call of duty. We did not feel like we were “just another client”. He was always available to meet our needs and kept us well informed on every part of the process. He was creative, engaging, enthusiastic, and motivated.

From his creative marketing efforts, we solidified a ratified contract after just 2 weeks on the market. Needless to say, we were excited! We know for certain that Travell was the unique element to us selling our home fast. He did a fantastic job!
